Introduction
Anne O'Donoghue is an accredited specialist in immigration law and is the director and principal lawyer of Immigration Solutions Lawyers Pty Ltd. She has worked as an immigration lawyer for the past 18 years and is listed on the "International Who's Who of Corporate Immigration Lawyers" in 2011.
Over the years of practice, Anne has handled a comprehensive range of immigration cases, including several high-profile matters.

Anne O'Donoghue recently spoke at the 5th Biennial Global Immigration Conference held by the International Bar Association (IBA) in London where she discussed the latest issues in immigration law.
Anne is currently an executive member and founding Vice President of the Immigration Lawyers' Association of Australasia (ILAA), and is also a member of the International Bar Association (IBA), serving on the Immigration and Nationality Law Committee of the IBA.
Anne has recently been nominated for an executive committee position for the Immigration and Nationality Committee of the IBA in 2012.
Forthcoming events
Anne will be attending the IBA Annual Conference in Dubai from 31 October – 4 November 2011, and will part of the international panel discussion on "Shifting global economic order and its impact on corporate immigration."
Publications
Anne has co-authored several immigration articles published on the FindLaw website. One of her recent projects include writing a Chapter on Australia for the Corporate Immigration Review, summarising the changes in immigration law in 2010. She will be writing the 2011 edition of Chapter on Australia, which will be published in 2012.
